Windows Account Lock: The tool decrypts data using the local Windows DPAPI system. It will only work if you run it under the exact same Windows user account that originally saved the passwords. You cannot just drop a Login Data file from a broken, unbootable computer onto a new PC and read it.
Master Password Restrictions: If you set a local Master Password or custom passphrase inside Opera, external freeware tools cannot bypass the encryption without it.
